Green Beans in Yogurt and Dill

Super easy and fast creamy green beans in yogurt and dill sauce side dish. The perfect pairing for seafood and other summer dishes!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Green Beans trimmed and halved
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt a little short
  • 1-2 tsp Dried Dill
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch Pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash, trim, and halve your green beans.

  2. Steam the green beans for no more than 7 minutes so they are still crisp. Set aside to cool.

  3. Meanwhile combine the yogurt, dill, lemon juice, and seasonings. Pour over the green beans and toss to coat.
